KRÜSS Customer Center under new management
Seminars and training courses, feasibility studies and application measurements in competent hands: In fall 2012, Dr. Thomas Willers took over the management of the KRÜSS Customer Center.

- Dr. Thomas Willers
Thomas Willers picks up his listeners from wherever they are technically based. Customers and dealers, as well as his colleagues at KRÜSS, experience his talks as pleasant and informative. This is an ideal pre-requirement for arranging theoretical and practical seminars at the KRÜSS Customer Center, where the young physicist has been in charge since fall 2012.
The KRÜSS Customer Center offers guests with differing knowledge levels comprehensive advice and further training in theoretical and practical seminars, training courses for dealers, or instrument familiarization sessions. The key element is the lavishly equipped Customer Support Lab (CSL), whose team under the leadership of Thomas Willers carries out feasibility studies for customers and works out ways of approaching new problems.
Good laboratory organization and methodical test arrangements are no barrier for the scientist, who carried out complicated experiments to a very tight schedule as a doctoral candidate at the Synchrotron SPring-8 in Osaka/Japan. In addition to the research itself, he was also fascinated by the international cooperation in a network of scientists during his studies. At KRÜSS, as a globally operating company with a scientific focus he can make optimal use of his interests and abilities.

Sales reinforcement
Malte Snoyek, Technical Consultant for North Germany and Scandinavia, introduces himself.
Dear KRÜSS Customer,

- Malte Snoyek
Perhaps we have already met in the last few months - since summer 2012 I have been responsible for Sales in North Germany and Scandinavia with KRÜSS. I am here to provide you with product advice and to answer all your technical and scientific problems concerning interfacial chemistry.
I obtained my diploma at the Institute for Inorganic Chemistry in Kiel (Germany), focusing on colloid chemistry, and then occupied myself with microporous materials. This means that I am specialized in interfacial chemistry and I am happy to advise you in this area.
There are many opportunities for getting acquainted – perhaps during a personal visit or at one of the KRÜSS seminars that I am involved with. Just give me a call, send me an e-mail or use our customer form to arrange a visit or request further information.
I am looking forward to cooperating with you and to meeting you, either again or for the first time.
Your Malte Snoyek
