All-round customer service

Personnel changes in our Support Team

Quality management with many of our customers includes the regular maintenance and validation of the test agents. KRÜSS can see this development from the growing number of service contracts signed when one of our instruments is purchased. A continually growing number of customers are also making use of our IQ/OQ service. As we need to look after the on-site contracts as well as also being permanently present in Hamburg to answer your questions we have increased the number of our service personnel. We have been able to gain Ms. Dipl. Ing. Ina Schienagel as the service specialist for our customers in Great Britain, France, Switzerland and Scandinavia. We introduce her with a brief portrait.



There have also been changes in our service management. Mr. Hennemann, who has made a major contribution to establishing a competent and quick-reacting service department, unfortunately left us in October 2006 – you can read his farewell message addressed to the KRÜSS customers. We are pleased to work together with Dipl. Ing. Martin Jungsbluth, who has taken over the reins from Mr. Hennemann and will further develop our Support team. We also introduce Mr. Jungsbluth in a portrait.

A new member of the KRÜSS Team is Dipl. Ing. Martin Jungsbluth, the new manager of our service department and successor to Dominik Hennemann.

Born in Dortmund, he grew up in north Germany and went to Hamburg-Bergedorf where he studied biomedical technology at the technical college. After obtaining his qualifications he worked for some time at the Heart Center in North Rhine-Westphalia.

Mr. Jungsbluth then returned to Hamburg where he worked for a medical service company in the heart-lung machine sector. Here he made use not only of his specialist knowledge, but also of his organizational abilities: he helped no fewer than 11 clinics in building up their cardiology departments, held training courses and advised the teams on technical perfusion questions.

KRÜSS is pleased that since November 1, 2006 Mr. Jungsbluth has committed his abilities to our customer service team. He will organize and coordinate support from Hamburg, but also be personally available as a contact partner for our customers. The service expert has set himself the target of forming an effective team together with his colleagues in Support. He will continually improve direct customer support with new ideas and also support our worldwide trading partners in their service work.

Portrait of Ina Schienagel

Since July 1, 2006 Ina Schienagel has reinforced the KRÜSS Service Team. Born in Munich and living in Hamburg, she initially studied electrical engineering in Munich. A subsequent practical semester was spent in France, and for her thesis on optical transmission techniques she set up home in Hamburg. Her first professional experience as a qualified engineer was gained at the Westküste Techical College, where she took part in a research project on antennas for intelligent RFID tags.

At KRÜSS Ms. Schienagel mainly looks after customers in Great Britain, France, Switzerland and Scandinavia. Moreover, she processes numerous written and telephone inquiries also from other marketing areas. Ms. Schienagel combines her technical competence with excellent knowledge of English and French; she is currently also taking evening classes in Spanish.

After a short time Ms. Schienagel was able to go on international service trips thanks to her perceptive faculties. She is pleased about being able to make numerous other customer contacts, and KRÜSS also views working together with Ms. Schienagel with great expectation.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

With this message I now say goodbye as your Service Manager at KRÜSS.

The eleven years’ cooperation with you has given me great pleasure. There were always friendly meetings and new challenges which have made my work both versatile and demanding. I would like to thank you for this cooperation and for the confidence you have shown in me.

The performance of the current Service Team allows me to take on my new responsibilities with a clear conscience. I am sure that with Ms. Schienagel, Mr. Pluchowski and with Mr. Jungsbluth as Service Manager you will continue to find competent and reliable support.

Your Dominik Hennemann
