International training week for our authorized dealers

International Week – this was the motto for the days between March 26 and 30 at KRÜSS in Hamburg. Authorized dealers from four continents underwent intensive training on our current range of instruments. Under the leadership of our service technicians in Hamburg the specialized knowledge necessary for the proper servicing of these instruments was passed on.

For KRÜSS the main purpose of such training is to ensure that our standard of service is still maintained when customers are primarily in contact with our authorized dealers. Thanks to such training measures maintenance and other service products, as well as many repairs, can now be carried out directly by our dealers.

As always, such an exchange of information is not just a one-way street. Our guests shared their experiences with us and told us about the wishes and requirements of their customers, so that KRÜSS is able to react directly with new developments and the extension of our customer services.
