Our new colleague of the service team, Matt Hoover, introduces himself.

My name is Matt Hoover. I am the new service engineer at KRÜSS USA since June of 2007. I have a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Previously I had worked at CEM Corporation in Matthews, North Carolina since 2002. I started at CEM as a lead technician and eventually became a support engineer. I have worked on electronics and mechanics of analytical instrumentation for over 5 years.

As the new service engineer at KRÜSS USA, my responsibilities vary from basic instrument testing and QC, to customer support, to instrument repair, service, and maintenance. For our customers I would like to offer a fast and professional service.

KRÜSS USA is now offering service and maintenance contracts to any interested parties in North America. If you are interested in a contract, please contact me.
