Manual Micro Positioning x/y-stage
for precise positioning of small samples,
can be used with PS4000/PS3202/PS3205/PS3250,
incl. sample stage 100 × 100 mm (L × W) and additional
sample stage 95 × 30 mm (L × W) for micro applications,
for samples up to 0.5 kg, with clamps for samples

with inert gas inlet, consisting of:
