This guarantees you optimal instrument performance and prevents unnecessary instrument down times. With a KRÜSS service contract you can ensure the reliable functioning and readiness for use of your instruments in a particularly cost-efficient manner.

KRÜSS service contracts provide you with the following services:

• On-site servicing by our service technicians*
• Checks of all instrument functions
• Electronic or mechanical adjustment / component cleaning 
  (including smaller repairs)
• Sensor checking and calibration

Calibration is carried out with standards that are traceable to national standards. All measures taken and all adjustments made are documented in the service report.
 
* For the MobileDrop (GH11) we offer a service contract for in-house servicing at KRÜSS.
