Our instruments are characterized by their high degree of reliability. If, despite everything, a fault should occur then our service technicians are also available to provide on-site help.

Our on-site service includes

• repairs, servicing and recalibrations,
• instrument training courses and personnel instruction.

Our on-site service comes in two different versions:

• a request for one of our service technicians to make an individual journey; 
• or for work that can be scheduled the on-site service can be included in a round trip. In this case you benefit from the resulting cost savings.
