Our service technicians will be pleased to carry out an Installation Qualification (IQ) / Operational Qualification (OQ) on your premises. Each IQ/OQ is documented with all the necessary test protocols and certificates.

Installation Qualification is normally carried out once after the delivery and start-up of your instrument. In contrast, Operational Qualification is required at regular intervals in order to document proper instrument functioning and the reliability of the results. At the moment we offer Installation Qualification (IQ) / Operational Qualification (OQ) for all our current KRÜSS instruments throughout the whole of Europe.
